We are hiring
As we grown in surgery numbers from 3-4, we are looking for a full-time ‘Patient Care Co-ordinator’. This is an extended reception position that will be dedicated to taking phone calls and attending to patient needs one-to-one especially as the receptionists are extremely busy attending to patients and also phone calls at the same time.
This will mean we can offer a better service at all levels. If you/anyone you know would like to speak further about/apply to the role, please email on [email protected].
Our Tips for Festive Sweet Treats!
Be careful with eating sweet treats over the festive period.
With the upcoming festive period, as much as we like to enjoy mince pies or a warm chocolate drink, it is important to make sure we keep it as healthy as possible, some helpful tips are down below:
- Try having them straight after a meal and avoid having them as an in-between meal snack.
- Make sure you DO NOT drink or rinse off the fluoride toothpaste after brushing for at least an hour after brushing.
- Do not brush straight after; if you need to, make sure you (at least) have a 30-minute gap between eating something sweet or 60 minutes after eating/ drinking anything acidic and brushing your teeth.
& a Happy New Year!
On behalf of all the staff at Martock Dental Practice, I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you once again for your loyal custom.
Lakshmi and the team at Martock Dental Practice.
